Senator Ivana Bacik will give the key note address and Diarmuid Rossa Phelan SC, the editor of the IJEL, will announce a Call for Papers for the next edition of the Journal.

The event will be chaired by the Honourable Mr Justice Frank Clarke, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and President of the ISEL.

The area of vertical restraints has made a resurgence in competition law enforcement at both a national and European level. Our speakers will look at recent developments, drawing from their respective experiences and discuss the challenges of dealing with new forms of commerical arrangements.
