The ISEL is pleased to welcome two distinguished international speakers to speak on the future direction of State Aid. The event will cover policy aspects of State aid and in particular the main features of the future-looking policy of State aid, and will touch briefly on the main features of the new subsidies regime under the TCA, as well as the proposed foreign subsidies Regulation. There will also be a focus on the economics of (and future consequences for) State aid in the context of and as a result of Covid-19, and the future application of State aid in sectors such as airports.
