Description and Information:

The speakers will draw on their considerable experience to give an insight into the decision in Celmer and the European Arrest Warrant regime generally.  The Celmer case has attracted international comment, casting a spotlight on how the political developments in Poland affecting Polish rule of law could impact on the operation of the EAW system in Ireland.

The event is open to all. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To register for the event, please go to www.isel.ie and complete the registration form.
