The ISEL is honoured to welcome Dr Síofra O’Leary, Judge of the European Court of Human Rights, who will deliver this year’s Brian Walsh Memorial Lecture.  The event will be chaired by The Hon. Mr. Justice Frank Clarke, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and President of the ISEL.

The title of the lecture is: “Acquisition and loss of nationality: Irish and European Perspectives”.

This event is open to all and is free of charge to ISEL members. There is a €30 charge for non-members, payable on arrival or on registration via our website.
